Can I know why tpm2 tools is not working. Below are logs. Thank you for the help in
advace.

rebooting the host helped and resolved this issue. Tpm2-pcrread is back to work well.
I have multiple hosts having the same issue. Rebooting is a heavy operation. Other than
rebooting hosts, Is there a way to reset TPM HW through command line?
Not that I am aware of. If tpm2_pcrread isn't working, then I doubt if a command
existed to
do what you want, that the command would even reach the TPM.
