Hello
I want just to use the syncevolution client part .
Did i need the ecal and ebook library to synchronize events and
addressbook ?
You need the ecal and ebook libraries to synchronize events and contacts
stored in Evolution Data Server. If you want to store your data
elsewhere (for example, the plain file backend), then you don't need
these libs.
Configure with --disable-ecal or --disable-ebook to compile without
them.
syncevolution.org binaries (the ones with -evolution in the their
file names) come with these backends enabled, but if you don't have
libecal/ebook, the rest of SyncEvolution will work fine without them.
