That text is outdated. Feel free to send an update for the web site if
you get it working.
Please have a look at the "Getting Started" guide. You'll have to tweak
the commands to use the settings that apply to Horde:
syncevolution --configure --template funambol \
--source-property sync=none horde
Then edit the files in ~/.config/syncevolution/horde.
