If you can't use git, you can get the package here: https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/zipball/master There are lots of differences between 0.6.x and master, I won't backport the patch and release a new 0.6.5 version. I've fixed a couple of bugs about the calendar discovery, it works now with Evolution's new calendar browsing feature (simple but amazing, btw). Let me know if it works with iCal! Regards,
