A (working!) fix should be in 1.0 beta 2. This time, I actually ran some
tests with a default configuration on an Ubuntu chroot and that worked.
With 1.0 beta being a viable alternative for 0.9.2, I'd rather not do a
0.9.3 update. Is that okay?
