This is an obvious bug in the server.
In the beginning I thought was syncevolution problem because it the
nokia client was wolrinkg fine but later I tried also with a funambol
client for outlook a windows pc and it did the same.
So I went filing the bug to mooha right away:

I'm anyway encouraged hearing your opinion.
Next test I'll do with syncevolution I'll report the logs.
No answer from mooha developers right now :(
I would like to try also syncevolution like syncml server but,
honestrly, I didn't find the documentation clear enough.
Is there just a simple example of how to configure wyncevolution to
act like server?
