created the patch, filed as bug #8499

For those who didn't follow the bug, this has been merged first to the
"syncevolution-0-9-branch" and will show up on "master" soon, too.
The new backend undergoes heavy testing at the moment, up to now the
emerged problems laid outside of syncevolution and the new backend :-)
:-) I wonder what will happen when you start sending our test data to
the server - that has revealed quite a few problems in servers in the
past.
