OK, the issue I mentioned below appears to be resolved. FYI the script that is
responsible for building the webpage on the status server was hung.
Also, I wanted to let everyone know that all of the known issues regarding Jenkins have
been addressed. The main items we were dealing with over the last several weeks were:
* Patches not being picked up by the CI system
* Build logs not being available consistently
There were several changes made to how things work (not just fixes) so it's always
possible that something new will come up in either of these areas or somewhere else of
course. We are now at the point where we'd like any anomaly reported as an issue on
github (or at least ask a question on IRC or dist list). We haven't picked a
"retirement date" for the Chandler test pool, I'll be sure to give everyone
a heads-up before we phase that out though....

If you check the status page and see that your patch is still running however you have
received a vote in GerritHub, it means your patch has finished CI. Looking into why the
status page isn't refreshing correctly...
