In this context we realize that Smack support in DBUS has been added by Brian McGillion but that has not been made upstream (source of information - https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Security/Smack_setting_of_DBUS). In the same URL there is a link to a patch - https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47581 which talks about adding support of Smack in DBUS.

the last version of DBUS used in Tizen is 1.8.x where x is at least 2.
So just pulling the branch 'tizen' of
review.tizen.org:platform/upstream/dbus would be enough.

We are trying to run smack on our platform In order to do that we need to know about default policy mode in smack.
As SELinux support permissive and enforced mode.Is such things available in SMACK?. If yes then how to run entire system in default enforce mode.
