All the files add by KVMGT in QEMU are licensed as GPL as they reference
API from QEMU directly. Only the KVMGT core logical files listed in
Linux folder drivers\gpu\drm\i915\vgt are MIT licensed.
Different license have different license header in the top of the each
file, e.g. debugfs.c is GPL and render.c is MIT/GPL.

In the KVMGT slides I read from 2014, it said "vGT device model
GPL/MIT dual-licensed and VMM agnostic" .. In the top of, for example,
vga-vgt.c in the git repo, it says GPL. Is that code (like much of the
original QEMU display code) actually also licensed MIT? What code is
MIT licensed and how could I tell?
