KVMGT

I am trying to figure out how to set up a KVM guest, and it seems
hopelessly complicated without virt-manager.
Host is RedHat 7.2 Minimal running the iGVT 4.3 kernel and QEMU. Guests
are all LVs in one VG, and are set up and ready to go. NICs are SR-IOV
VFs set up and ready to go, 1 or 2 per VM.
But in the Setup Guide, I just don't have the days it would take to
analyze, learn, fail, and experiment every in and out of creating a
guest. (Section 4.1.2) And that's assuming the docs are up to date,
which it appears they may not be.
There doesn't seem to be a way to connect a specific NIC (MACs are
randomized every boot with VFs) to a given VM, given the options
available. Then there's setting up video which seems hopelessly
complicated. I have only two VMs that need video; the rest can be SSH.
I don't have a GUI on the host as this is a Minimal install. Is there a
quicker way to get running?
