There was a recent conversation on the list on this topic. I'd suggest
searching the archives for more detail.
Briefly put, though: No, it does not. The server supports only
RHEL6(6.5 & 6.6), RHEL7, and SLES11SP3. The client supports almost any
kernel version you can think of, from far back to very recent.
You might be able to get it working, but you'd be off on your own.
