Yes.

BITS should work on Braswell, but doesn't have any special tests for
Braswell (and the MSR consistency test may have false positives). Most
of the CPU-specific work has gone into big-core platforms
(i3/i5/i7/Xeon). But BITS should still boot and run, and the
non-CPU-specific tests should work.
