MCU under UEFI?

Hi!
Are there plans to support the MCU tools in an UEFI environment?
Currently (version 2079) the MCU tools are not available if booted in UEFI
mode.

PS: An update of Grub would also be in order, the version 2.0 for example
can not chain load my Windows 8.1 (v2.02 on the other hand can)
